Web8 Mar 2024 · I navigated the menus and couldnt find a way to disable this warning message. When closed, there is a decent amount of play in the tailgate. I used a T40 torx bit and tried adjusting the knobs that the tailgate latches onto to see if that would help. We just went on another 100+ mile trip and the same thing happened. So that didnt help. I'd love to find another truck in Canada that has it enabled to give FCA Canada the VIN and ask why it has it and mine does not. Think it would be a big help for those of us who "have it" but it doesn't work.
