Double the weapon dice if the creature is Large, triple the weapon dice if the creature is Huge, quadruple the weapon dice if it's Gargantuan. In my case the images are 500x500 while the board tile is 75x75, so by shrinking the image in Photoshop / GIMP it got to the size I wanted.
